In our work together, we move at your pace, gently exploring what you’ve been through while honoring how culture, family roles, and survival experiences may shape your healing. I offer a safe, affirming space to process emotions, understand patterns, and develop coping strategies that support both emotional and nervous-system regulation. Together, we create a personalized approach to healing that helps restore a sense of safety, control, and inner steadiness. You don’t have to navigate this alone. 

Depression & Anxiety

Depression, fear, and anxiety can be especially heavy when layered with cultural expectations, systemic stress, and the pressure to stay strong. In our work together, I provide therapy that honors your lived experiences, identity, and the realities you navigate every day. You don’t have to minimize or explain the impact of race, culture, family roles, or community expectations here.


Together, we’ll explore what’s contributing to your emotional distress and develop practical, culturally responsive strategies to help you regain motivation, clarity, and balance. Therapy is a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where your voice matters and your experiences are respected.
